How can you promote your company?

We have provided a ton of ways to increase your brand recognition at the conference. You can reserve an exhibitor booth, sponsor the conference, reserve a private meeting room, or purchase a stand-alone sponsorship. You can also advertise in any of our Valuation Expo publications, promotions, or the Appraisal Buzz newsletter. We also have a popular program called Lenders and Vendors Live that allows you to get in front of our audience and quickly pitch or demo your product. Obviously, the best way is to attend the conference and meet your potential clients, customers, and vendors face to face.

Who will be there?



Valuation Expo attracts stakeholders from all segments of the appraisal arena. While our attendees are primarily residential appraisers, we do draw commercial real estate appraisers,  appraisal management companies, lenders, insurance companies, software companies, education providers, regulators, appraisal coalition members, state board members, and other companies that provide services for the appraisal industry.

This luxury hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip features celebrity-owned restaurants, The Forum Shops, an upscale spa, and 7 swimming pools.

We do not have Saturday night rooms in our block, but they are available at the standard market rate.

BOOTH DESIGN 

Your booth space is 10’ x 10’. This includes a back-draped wall and two draped sidewalls, which are 3’ high. Exhibitor is not to install sidewalls or any interior booth décor which would block neighboring booths visual appearance from any viewable angle. 

INTERNET 

The resort fee each attendee pays with their hotel room covers internet throughout the property. Exhibitors will need to purchase internet for their booth.

 INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING 

Installation of exhibits are done only during designated hours as established by the Appraisal eLearning. Installation of exhibits and removal of exhibit crates, boxes, etc., must be completed by the designated time prior to the start of the Expo each day. 

Exhibitor Move-In:  8:00 am to 3:30 am, Monday August 11th 

Exhibitor Move-Out:   1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, Wednesday August 13th
